I am satisfied with how they fixed the stop/start system in my Jeep Compass , but communication was an issue. The Jeep wasnt ready same day so Dustin said Jeep would be ready next day(Friday) and that hed call me. I didnt get any call Friday, Saturday, or Monday so I followed up Tuesday to ask if my Jeep was ready. Dustin called me and said he sent the text Friday my Jeep was ready, but he realized the text didnt go through. Next time I hope communication will improve.

Loved my van that I bought from Roger. However I noticed that is was very loud when it was idelling, and have Roger a call 5 days after I drove off the lot. He told me to go ahead and come on in and have the parts department look it over. The guy who was helping me let me know that it needed a new muffler before it was sold. Also let me know that the muffler wasn't a part they had in they would order it and give me a call on Monday. On Thursday I called to see if the part had come in, I was told it was in and they can schedule me for an appointment. The appointments going to take 24- 48hrs and I would be without a vehicle for that time. It's going to take me 2 weeks to have time to get a backup vehicle arranged, at my cost. Appointment is scheduled for the middle of the month on a car I have not owned for 3 weeks. I wish this was communicated at the start of the auto buying process, so I could have looked around for a vehicle that didn't need work.

Wish i could give this place negative stars!! Worst service ever!! Never returns phone calls! Bought a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan and since the day i got it it will not stay aligned and pulls so bad to the right i sometimes can barley keep it on the road! They do not care to help and ask pointless questions trying to blame it on me! I am in the process of doing paper work with my lawyer to get things taken care of! Thanks for nothing!!
