The very first step to properly aligning any vehicle is to make sure there are no worn, damaged, or missing parts. Our techs are trained experts in suspension, steering, and brake systems. We keep detailed documentation (checklist, measurements, suggestions, and required repairs) on every vehicle we inspect. I am more than happy to show you and/or the person you referred what we suggested and explain why we suggested it. Sometimes seeing the worn parts and having an explanation while seeing the worn part helps understand why we suggest what we do. Every time I recommend someone to get their alignment there they came back with a huge list of preventative maintenance about their car things that aren't bad or broken and they they them that their car needs them and they cannot do an alignment with out them. When struts have a little bit sf seepage they tell them that they have to be replaced. So do not go here unless you have a brand new car if not they just want to take advantage of see. They just want to make the most they can out of you.
