I did call Jeff at least two times and left voice messages and no one came back to me. I had my doubts since it was only one person over 10 years of business. But, if no one can even explain me what went wrong and the business is not valuing 10 years of business why would I? One thing for sure I am not going there anymore for either of my cars and I will advise everyone I know not to even try to service or purchase from FOX.

After having my truck serviced I got in it and a vintage item I had on the passenger side was missing. I asked mackenzie whom was the person that waited on me. and sure enough it was in the back room! Also I was told a month ago by the staff member that I was due for a free oil change and tire rotation at my current mileage but the lady today said nope just tires, the oil change would be $110. I declined. Its a shame! I have bought 4 yes FOUR Toyotas from Fox and they treated me like this? Stealing and wanting $110 when I was told next oil change was free. Ill be getting service elsewhere.

Initially had a horrible experience and rated Fox Toyota really low, but these guys really cared and helped make up for whatever went wrong. Really want to thank Mark Kowalski, the general manager of Fox Chevrolet, Toyota and Volkswagen. Never expected the issue to be escalated to him, but he called within 48 hours of me walking out angry from Fox Toyota. Apologized for the inconvenience I experienced trying to get a remote start installed in my newly bought highlander. Didn't expect it, but he went above and beyond to get remote start installed in my vehicle. Made amends to help dissolve my dissatisfaction and made sure everything was setup so the next time I showed up, the remote start installation would be done correctly. Also want to thank Ron the sales manager who listened to my frustration in the beginning and started a follow up for my problem. Also Jeff the service manager, who made sure the remote start installation was correctly done. Just want to say If anyone has had a bad experience in service or sales, try to get in touch with one of these guys. From my experience, they really do value customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to make customer feel as they should...valued and wanted. Want to thank Fox Toyota for fixing what went wrong. Thank you so much again to Mark Kowalski the general manager, Ron the sales manager and Jeff the service manager. Really appreciate all that was done for me. Thanks again.

Came in for oil change and they replaced the filter without even asking. Ended up paying way more than I wanted since I usually replace my own filters
