I don't think that Hendrick Chrysler Dodge deserves even one star after their horrible display of customer service towards my husband today. My husband is a 6-year Marine Corps veteran who served as the Motor Transport Chief of his unit in Raleigh, NC. Not only that, he was previously a certified diesel technician with a degree in diesel mechanics and a certified Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge technician. He assumed that because of the Hendrick name, he could trust them with a few small tasks to take care of with my Jeep while he was at work; however, he says now that he wishes he hadn't. I took my Jeep in for a simple yearly inspection, and was surprised to find that it had been failed, with the recommendation for four new tires! I told the service advisor that the tires looked fine, and he simply replied that "They look fine, but they're really not. You need to replace all four." I went back later with my husband. He briefed one of the service advisors, Daniel, about what was going on, and Daniel pulled the vehicle into the service lane to check out the "failed" tires that "needed to be replaced." Daniel went into the service garage and came back with a tread depth gauge. Instead of checking them himself, he handed the depth gauge directly to my husband, making him check the tires. My husband was taken back, but took the gauge and calibrated it as it should so that the service advisor could see that he was about to take perfectly accurate tread measurements. My husband called out the tread measurements to the service advisor as he measured the tires tread depth, and only one of the measurements on one tire was within the NC state regulations for an insufficient tread depth, at 2/32. The regulations clearly state that in order to fail a vehicle for inspection based on the depth of a tire's tread, the tire must have 2/32 or less on two adjacent treads, which my husband clearly explained to the service advisor. After the measurements had been taken, and the tires had been found by my husband to be within the NC state "Passing" regulation, I was shocked to hear Daniel tell my husband that "You're still clearly ignoring the fact that you need four new tires, and I don't know why you're putting your family into a vehicle that's clearly not safe to drive." Clearly, Daniel doesn't know what he is talking about, and is only trying to make a sale. My husband made it known that he was a former certified technician, and knew what he was talking about, and that his wife's car was a "Passing" vehicle, to which the service advisor Daniel replied, "Well then, why didn't you inspect your own vehicle?" My husband could not believe this level of horrible customer service and disrespect, and told Daniel that he couldn't believe that he would have to take his wife's Jeep to another place to get an honest inspection when he had already had one done that should have been passed. When Daniel made it clear through his constant and obviously condescending "Well I'm sorry you feel that way's" that nothing was going to be done about our bogus inspection, my husband just decided that enough had been enough, and decided to leave. As he was getting in the car, he walked back to the service desk where Daniel sat, and asked him if he was a manager, or just the service advisor, to which Daniel answered "I'm just a service advisor." My husband asked him for the purpose of this review what his name was (he didn't even have a name tag), and he replied "Daniel", and mockingly held out his hand for my husband to shake. My husband at this point was extremely frustrated, and just blankly stared at Daniel. To this, Daniel responded to my husband, "Cool story!" My husband was absolutely speechless, and all he could muster was "Really?" About ten seconds later, my husband could still barely speak, but said "Google will definitely hear about this", and walked away. I just cannot believe how Hendrick treated us, and especially my husband. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER take their cars here for service, and to never buy a car from this horrendous dealership!

Had a great experience dealing with Hendrick Dodge. Our advisor - Tyler Gardwood did a fantastic job. He made sure all our queries were addressed we were completely satisfied before we made the purchase. The vehicle was delivered on time and detailed beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a dodge to ask for Tyler at Hendrick Dodge, Cary. Vaibhav

A vehicle was posted online with no pictures and stayed that way for over a week. I called the dealership to ask when they expected to post pics and a sales rep said in a few days, which they did. Shortly after I got a call from a call center, I could hear the other operators in the background. They wanted to know what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I told them I didn't have time to give them free information and to please not call back. So far I received 1 more call from the call center and three calls from sales reps in the dealership. Oddly enough, none of the calls are from the original salesperson I spoke with so I guess their sales team is in the habit of stealing each other's customers. Each time I ask the caller not to call me back. They apologize and say they will remove my name from the list, but to no avail. If you call a Hendricks dealership they will pester you to know end. And since each of them made a promise that they didn't follow through with it means they don't understand a promise or the truth. Do you really want to spend thousands of dollars with a dealership that doesn't care about the truth or living up to promises they made?
