Drove an hour and a half each way to purchase a brand new 2020 Ram 1500 Limited today. We had already agreed to the price and my trade in price. I was 20 minutes from arriving and was told that they discovered that the driver's door had a dent that was also scratched. After looking at it I decided not to buy a truck that already needed work. They had another truck that was $400 less in MSRP and was priced lower on their website. I said I will buy that truck instead. I was then told that the price on that truck was wrong and that it was $2000 more. I decided to just leave and go home. Only after I left did they offer to even fix the door. They did offer to pay for my gas but I declined. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
We made an appt. 5 days ago for 6/15 At 9am. We agreed to have car diagnosed due to check engine light being on. Dropped vehicle off at dealership on time. Was promised a phone call by noon. We called dealership at 1pm and was told they were about to call me.did test on vehicle and the mechanic had to look online for codes. They would let me know. At 3pm I called to check and I was told they were still working on it. I asked if car would be finished. Informed mechanic it was my only vehicle and needed it. At 4pm they called me and was told they had to order a part with my permission. I asked how long it would take to order the part and he said 2 days. I asked him to check for an aftermarket part and put it in. He said he found the parts which would be dropped off at the shop today or tomorrow. The parts were coming from AutoZone across the street. I even offered to walk over and pick them up myself. But then I found there weren't any mechanics to install them anyway. After asking questions I was informed that no one started looking at the car until approximately 2pm. This being my only vehicle I walked the mile and picked it up. I will never take my jeep back to them since this is the second their service is horrendous. Btw..went to a local mechanic..$40.00 and my jeep was fixed!
Dave Warren was a great sales person and human being. No pressure on the sale or negotiation. I recommend him and the staff to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks for the hospitality.
Just bought my second vehicle from here and I think over the years my dad has bought 3. We love it and I especially recommend Dave Warren. Very nice guy and was extremely patient with me as I decided what was best for my family
