I took my Tahoe here on March 11th for an install of some Aries stainless Running Boards. I purchase the boards directly, so everything arrived from the distributor in pristine condition. I spoke with Nick or Mick before going there and he wrote up the estimate.. He viewed the running boards in back of my Tahoe still in the original box. Now, the running boards were in meticulously condition, as I inspect everything twice myself. About 2 hours into the job, I get a call from Mick saying Hay we need to charge you extra to TAKE OFF the running boards, Really.. Thats what Im already paying you for? Been quoted the same price several times and the entire job is in writing! I told him that wasnt right and he decided to stand behind what he quoted. Not right to up-bill me while in possession of my truck. Arrived back for pickup and top of running board rubber had a permanent fold, like some factory rejects. I was surprised and as authorized installer, I cant say or alleged that they did anything to the running boards, but I was thinking... maybe I should have just paid the extortion money. I don't recall them looking that way earlier, but maybe I was wrong. SINCE I purchased the running boards elsewhere, I had NO room to complain about anything seen, because their Paperwork express clearly they are under no obligation or warranties and/or liabilities whatsoever, for any defects or issues, especially if you didnt buy the product from them. Just a note and I dont like being called and put on the spot to pay extra money, when weve already agreed to a price. I paid and got on my way, needless to say, I wont be going back for anything else. Nas

Mr. Sims, We have attempted to contact you several times regarding this issue, with no response. During the process of the sale, you were informed that we would not be able to confirm whether your lights would work with the new bumper until it was in-hand, no guarantees were made and that was mutually acknowledged. During the install, we did confirm that they would not fit properly, informed your father they would not fit when he picked up the vehicle, and agreed that we would contact you first thing the following business day to resolve the situation. Before we were even able to discuss the possible solutions, you'd already posted a negative and inaccurate review. After calling you multiple times, we reached out to your father (who dropped off, picked up, and paid for the install) and asked him to reach out to you. When we finally heard back from you, we apologized for the perceived misunderstanding, and attempted to offer aftermarket lights that would fit/function properly with your new bumper, and do so at no additional cost to you. Since then, we have attempted to contact you several, several times with no response. We reached back out to your father, who informed us that you loved the bumper, but you preferred to leave a bad review, rather than giving us the opportunity to resolve the situation at our own expense. As far as your reference to "credit card abuse" we must say that is an absolutely inaccurate statement. We quoted you a bumper and install, we performed the job in a timely manner, and you paid the exact amount that was mutually agreed upon during the sale process. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact us or stop by our store.

SIGN A LINE ITEM BY LINE ITEM CONTRACT. I dropped off my truck to have the bumper replaced with a aftermarket metal bumper, and the salesman said we will put your running lights back on the truck well I picked up the truck the next day and there were no running lights. When I mentioned the previous conversation he said I didnt say that he then informed me that putting running lights back on would be and extra $250.00. DO NOT use these guys unless you want to just turn over your credit card for them to absolutely abuse.
