Took my car in for brakes because they were bad. They told me that I needed a new caliper, two new rotors, pads, and a brake hose. They quoted me on a price of over $1000! Almost $800 in parts with $200 in labor. Quoted prices= $145/rotor, $275/caliper, $210 for pads, $40/ brake hose. Price at Autozone= $20/rotor, $39.99/caliper, $18.99 for pads, and $14 for brake hose. They told me my brake hose was twisted and causing the brakes on one side to sieze. F.Y.I. it was 40,000+ miles since my last brake job. I didn't let them work on it and took it home. When I inspected the hose it was neither twisted, nor had evidence of ever being twisted. What a racket! I will never go to this dealership ever again. BEWARE!

While I was looking at a car that was on the lot, after talking to the sales people for a week beforehand about that car someone came and bought the car before I could get back into the dealership. They didn't even give me a chance to buy it even though I was there first. Dirty and backhanded I will never go here again.

These guys were great. I was looking for a nice luxury vehicle at a good price because I show houses and need to give off a certain appearance, but didn't want to spend a big ticket price. They helped me get a great price and helped me along with the process and were very upfront and honest about everything related to the vehicle Very personable and kind staff as well, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would advise everyone to avoid this dealership. TERRIBLE service. Expect to wait 3+ hours for something as simple as an oil change. For more complex services expect to wait over 48 hours. Mark from the Service Department assigned me a 9:30 am appointment for a diagnostic test for my vehicle. I called multiple times and there were no updates, half the time because Mark was on lunch... 48 hours later my car was still not looked at prompting me to pick up my vehicle. I will never return to this joke of a dealership.
