Tried to buy a Kia at this location. Their MSRP was already ~$4k about the Kias MSRP, but I expected it to include everything since it was so high. They wanted 21k for the basic Rio LX model (no trimmings), discounted it to 18k for my priceand the a preorder price of $17k. That price did not include any shipping, dealer fees, etc. The additional fees brought it right back to 21k!! They kept trying to get me to come in to go over numbers, but there is no point because the price gouging is too much. Crystal, the sales manager, was very rude when I had questions on why nothing was included in the price and the extra $4k markup. She wouldnt stop speaking over me when I was on the phone with her and when she did it the last time I had to hang up mid conversation because it was completely uncalled for. Anyone going there be aware that some sales people there will have attitudes.

I got my second car two weeks ago from Ourisman in this location. It is a Toyota Camry 2015 (I know its not a new car). After 3 days I noticed the car just turns 1 1/5 to the right which should be 2 1/5 turns. Also when Im going over 60 mph it started making a noise from the right side. I contacted the dealer and they told me to bring it in, which I did. After 24hrs I had to call them because they never called me back. All they said was there was nothing they could do and that I have to take the car to Toyota Dealer. I havent even paid the first month and Im already having problems and they wont help me! I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A SOLID USED CAR!

Drove 2 hours to test drive and purchase one of two cars and got there and they had sold them both. NO phone call or email knowing we was coming from out of town. Bad business practices.
