The woman who help me in the service department was very nice and helpful. My problem is with the cost of the repairs. They wanted $2000 to replace the starter. I took it somewhere else and the starter was a $200 part. They also said I needed a timing chain adjustment ( $5000 repair ) . When I took it to another shop they could not find any codes that said anything about a timing chain adjustment. I will avoid taking my vehicle to the dealer for service if I can.

Each of these gentleman contributed to a stellar experience wit West Columbia Land Rover Jaguar. This is my second purchase with the dealership and by far the best with the new team and leadership. I also want to highlight Salesman Arnold Bonsu who is an expert on Range Rovers and shared a wealth of knowledge and helped my salesman who is new. Teamwork make the dream work
