This dealership has been criminal in its practices. I need an attorney to get plates paid for 7 months later. Find out later that they have been reproducing temp tags as they are showing up on out of state vehicles and violations charged to my name. Thats right, same tag multiple cars, under my name!!! Lying every step of the way and unable to answer to why the same temp tag, still in my possession, is on other cars in my name. They copy them to avoid paying for them from the state!!!! Just watch, they will be cited. Have proof of all I have stated here. Stay away!!!

Had a very frustrating experience with Ben and Chris from the service department on May 22nd 2020. They both tried to convince me that my car making a VERY loud fan noise was normal after i paid $1326.02 for the fan and check engine light to be addressed. They both talked to me in a condescending way. And after getting upset to the point that I cried because it felt like they were ganging up on me trying to make me believe what they were saying, when I know that the VERY loud fan noise was not normal for my car. They both went back inside. Ben came back and said i talked to the master mechanic and he said its possible that its an Canadian part. And Im willing to take your car back right now and have Chris take a look and i agreed. Only Ben came back out to apologize (which i appreciated) and told me that I was right about the fan being that loud was not normal. And that my car is 2011, but the fan is from a 2010 model and was bypassing the medium fan and going straight to the high (due to some wiring) which is why that loud fan kept coming on. Ive used hudgins in the past and had wonderful experiences, but the way they both went about talking to me was terrible. I know one person really wont matter, but I will not be taking my car back to Hudgins Holiday.
