talked with online people for three days. Told them i was on a tight schedule. Set up appointment to look at three different cars. Was preapproved over phone. sat in lobby for 45 minutes. One person came to ask if they can help. told them yes about the whole deal. he said to wait for his manager. waited for thirty more minutes. no manager came. so i left.
Untrusted dealership ... they promised on something and my first payment was totally different than what we agreed on they cheat people and when I went back the manager was like to me you dont have approve with this on text !! So basically he was telling things we say on the phone we dont do!!!

Went in to trade in my Equinox for a Town and Country. Talked to Terri Schnepp and told her what I wanted. She took me out to the lot to see what was available. I drove the available cars for a test drive and choose one. Told Terri I wanted to think it over and she called back later in the afternoon with all the dollars and cents of the deal. Told her I would take it and she brought all the paperwork out to my house for signatures. It couldn't have been easier for this trade thanks to Terri's diligence and professionalism.

Do NOT buy here unless you want to be left hanging when something goes wrong. There is no care for the customer at all! Purchased a used truck, sales guy named Rob. The whole exhaust literally fell apart into rusted peices!! Not even a week after buying. Here was our negotiation...keep in mind Rob nor the general manager made any effort to reveal the condition of the exhaust...its would of been clear if they had inspected the car that that exhaust was near to fall apart into pieces from the extreme rust. During our negotiation, with the false expectations that the turk wasn't already ready to fall apart, got the truck $500 with the promise to buy that day. They agreed to lower the price (still no mention of fixing or issue at all). When I call the guy said the reason they lower the price was incase we needed to fix anything!! Ohh how convenient to say it after it broke down!! He or anything in la Fontaine mentioned anything about issues or "incase something needs repaired." I purchase many vehicles from multiple states, CA, LA, HI, OH, NC, MI(2 LAFONTAINE LOCATIONS) and la Fontaine only has been the only dealership to sale a vehicle with something broken and it not be disclosed before purchase. The first la Fontaine purchase we found an broken part and that was also not able to be fix. We found it before diving off the lot but after the purchase. To fix it was $200 - 300 and they said they can fix it because it's too much to fix. I have purchased a few other used vehicles before from other states and if I found an issue they were always easy to work with and had it fixed!... La Fontaine has too many business and obvious they do NOT care for the customer or their safety! That exhaust could of fell off in the highways and caused an accident that could of had casualties!! What then La Fontaine?? I hope you, the owner, can learn to take care of your patrons. Sale vehicles that will not break down days later...and if there is an issue, fix is and do not take cheap short cuts...or if you do not notice, work with the customer when they came to you with an issue that you should of fixed prior to sale...that why I feel there should of been some effort to pay a portion or replace it yourself with your dealership mechanics. I will delete this review if the dealership resolves the issue. But from the looks they had no care to help resolve it. As of now we had it repaired but not replaced. We paid under $200! Not a lot to show the public they are carrying. Would of made a good review if they did. We did it without the dealership helping.
