Excellent service for the most part. There are times when they are extremely busy that the service representatives are not as helpful as they should be. Edited to add new review. And there is at least one time when service was the worst. Had a time scheduled for an oil change, and when we got there we asked them to change a headlight and a taillight. After an hour and a half we still had no status. I texted and still no status. Two hours later, we finally got a brief status that there was a problem changing the lights. No details, but at least a status. It's now been 2 and a half hours and it's still not ready. Since this is only one time, I only lowered this review to 3 stars. If this was my only experienc, it would only be one star. I am so disappointed.

I had a recall in my 2014 Kia Sorento in Late November/ early December. The person working with the team working on my truck was Travis Cave. He stated I would be refunded my tow bill to get it to them. Which I did. It came out of my pocket. Since then my vehicle was taken care of even with some minor miscommunication but thats not what im giving a bad review about. Since then I have contacted them , meaning The business its self that the receptionist transfers me until someone actually answered cause it seems no one knows how or who im suppose to get this reimbursement from.I have sent emails, texts and calls and left voicemails to One finally getting returned from the supervisor Preston. I have yet to actually speak with them again since theres still no communication. So I still have no Reimbursement. KIA was paying for it. Still no contact from Preston or Travis Cave more than 6 months later. I should also state I have gotten several things in the mail from them wanting to buy my Kia back. And phone calls stating I had something in the mail and it was time sensitive...But it was never a check for my tow bill or anything reaching out to me about it. Just to buy my truck back...no thank you. I just would like my tow bill money.

McGrath Used Car actually. Took 1-1/2 hours of waiting just to be told the payment would be higher than I said I'd like to go. Way higher! It was a 1-1/2 hour drive each way. A drive I told him I wasn't going to drive just to be told no. He told me on the phone that he was sure we would work something out.
