Your appointment was scheduled for 3:30PM to 4 PM (you wanted to come at 4 after your job finish and we requested you to try to come by 3:30) but you came at 3:00 when another job was already in process and pending. As I told you we were running little behind our schedule due to some delay in finishing the car before you. When you came I had told you that tint job on your car will be finished by 6:00 and as I checked it was finished on time. (However, we have requested you to be patient for extra half an hour, just in case, we are not able to finish by 6:00 as promised to you which is also our closing time. Any way..Mr. Ahmad, the computer cuts the film and a human effort is involved in installing. For this reason we always request all our esteemed clients to be patient and almost 99 % of the time our esteemed clients do understand and value this. Thanks and Regards Raj

I wish I could rate them bellow one star, I got an appointment at 3:00PM, but got my turn by 5:00PM i.e. they were working on other cars till 5:00PM, I don't know what the appointment mean to them! meanwhile there is only one worker tinting, super slow and...... O my Gosh, it's really irritating,

To review the Manager, Frankie was already helping a customer when you walked in with your friend at almost closing time of our store. Frankie was more than willing to help you, even after hours, and requested you to wait while he finishes with the customer, he was working with. While he was finalizing his invoice you and your friend got impatient, upset and yelled at him and stormed out. While we do pride in our customer service and care, our plenty of reviews are there to vouch for it. At the same time we do expect the customers to be patient, respectable and decent in their behavior and language.
