My title memorandum never arrived. My temporary tag plates expire tomorrow. I have work all next week. I've called twice within the 45 days to ask about where and when the memorandum will arrive. I was assured it's on its way and to wait patiently for it. When I called up I was transferred to the sales manager, Jason Ryan, who told me there is nothing he can do for me till Monday. I work everyday at 9am, we are super short staffed at work, I can't simply just not open. I asked for a loaner for a couple days till we figure out where my paperwork is. Last time I checked I paid $250.00-$300.00 in doc fees for this NOT to happen. Yet, Jason refused to give me a loaner. When I bought my WRX from North Olmsted Ganley Subaru, the SAME thing happened. But...they put me into a Subaru Forester loaner till the stickers came in. I'll say this much, I feel bad for the direct sales guys, because they were great. Stephen and Ricky took really good care of me, I know this is out of their hands, terrible management is what caused this. I am a Subaru Ambassador and I assure you, I will spread the word of terrible service from Brunswick Subaru anywhere and everywhere I go. I'll also be sure my sister gets her Subaru from a different dealer.

Bought a 2014 Subaru Forester from them last year with only 60k miles. I had to take the car in to get immediate attention since the wheel bearings were busted. This type of thing should only happen in the 110k mile range. Clearly they didnt give this car any attention it needed. This place is a complete let down and clearly lying is the only way they can make a sell. Dont trust these guys. They will sell you a rusty lemon with problem waiting right around the corner. This is a review you should take into consideration and triple check anything they tell you. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Brad the service advisor does an excellent job. Clearly explained all the work that was done and was very professional. Quick turn around time on oil change, tire rotation and car wash.
I was very pleased I could get my Outback worked on in such short notice. On the negative side, I asked to have my fluids topped off and reiterated it more than once. This was not done!
