WHERE DO I BEGIN! These guys are absolutely amazing. Most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This, in my opinion, is the ONLY auto body company that anyone should ever take their vehicle too. If an insurance company has already written an estimate and paid for damages we need to have a place to start that is why we ask for the insurance quote so that when the job is done if there are any supplements we can direct them to the insurance company. Sorry you feel like this is Shady but it's common practice in the Collision world and insurance industry.

My father in law brought his vehicle to get a quote to fix damage from the storm. While he already received a check from insurance these guys told him he needed to share the insurance amount he got with them before they could bid what it would cost to fix the damage to the car. Shady business practice at best. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a senior. Why he would need to share what insurance gave him before you can bid what it costs to fix it is super shady! Shame on you!!
