Nick the salesman there is a condescending young man. My wife went in there today and told the young salesman that today was her birthday and she wanted to test drive one of their cars. He looked her up and down and with a smirk says we just dont let everybody test drive our cars- my wife was so insulted. She told Nick she definitely wont buy a car from him. Hi Tony, Your statement about not giving you title for your purchased vehicle is incorrect and misleading. As we told you many times before you do have title at AZ MVD and its e-title as this is new way of title process in AZ. We requested and AZ MVD sent you printed copies of your title 3 times now to your Scottsdale and CO address as well. The last duplicate title was mailed to your CO address on July 21, 2021 as you requested. We will request duplicate title # 4 for you and will ask to be send to dealership so you can physically pick up title here. You can also walk to any AZ MVD and request to print your duplicate title at any time, the cost is $4.00. Thank you, Beli Merdovic General Manager

I fully recommend not to buy any vehicle from this dealership. I bought a bentley cash about a year ago and and the dealership will not give me the title and say its not their problem. I've dealt with sales staff, their G.M and the title dept. Do not give them your cash!

Burke is an excellent person to work with. I have known him for several years and always just browsing the beautiful showrooms of bentley and Rolls Royce.
