Rick in customer service is extremely unprofessional not to mention inept at his job. After complaining about vibration several times. Paying them for tire rotation and a new set of tires for my 2010 chevy and them never noticing my caliper on rt inside front was dragging. In spite of obvious evidence of a malfunction Rick manages to get my extended warranty work denied because some of the parts on my 2010 silverado are corroded. So either dont buy a chevy because they corrode in ayear and a half or dont go to George Moore Chevy because they will screw you!
I came in to buy a used Acadia and worked with Barry. When it came time to close I was not given what I was told on trade in and paperwork was pushed fast so I wouldn't notice. I decided not to purchase the vehicle. What I am upset about is that when they went in my Mercedes they broke the glove box and when I asked to have them fix it they blew me off and were not helpful in any way. I will never shop with them and tell everyone how they really are!

We went in thinking we were not going to like the Equinox... and as Ted Busetto was explaining the features and facilitating the test drive we found ourselves loving the vehicle. Ted wins sales by being friendly and knowledgeable, and not by being pushy; this was very important to me.
Working with David Rome and Ted Busetto on our purchase of a Chevy Volt was a great experience. They gave us the time to test the vehicle and answered all our questions. We had been looking at several other cars and decided to try the internet sales department at George Moore instead of just getting the first sales person that saw us drive up. That was the right choice to make and resulted in less pressure from the sales people. David was prompt in responding to our internet request. One of your fellow dealers took about a week to respond to a request that was sent at the same time. We worked with Nate Bailey on the financing and payments. That took several days to finally get a correct contract. There were always numbers or math errors that could not be explained. We eventually got to a point where we agreed upon the contract. Even though we had problems with the contracts we enjoyed talking to Nate and he was always friendly.
I brought my car in to your business 3 different times for routine oil changes and tire rotations. On 2 occasions, I requested my car be completed by 3:00 pm. I dropped off the car on the day before so my car would have plenty of time to be completed but on both occasions I had to sit and wait until 4:00 pm for my car. Even after making appointments, scheduling maintenance, and leaving my car overnight, I still have not been able to get my car done on time. Because of the convenient location of your facility to my house, I am willing to have my car serviced at your shop one more time. If I can't get my car done by the time I ask then I will take my business elsewhere. I spent a lot of money for my Equinox and even though I didn't purchase it at your dealership, I would think good service would be part of the purchase, whether I bought it from your dealership or not. I am extremely satisfied with the car but your service is below par.
