Disappointed in my experience at Valley Honda. My family has been long time patrons, however I had a very negative experience of trying to purchase a car at this dealership. The original car that I was quoted in an email was not in stock and so they showed me alternative models. When I sat down to negotiate a price on the alternative models, the salesman quoted me a price more than that which was sent to me via email. When I asked about the differentiation the salesman said that people often have some confusion about the price at the top and bottom of the sticker on the car. However after I again repeated to him the number that I was quoted in an email, he checked his computer system and suddenly the price which I was confused about suddenly returned to the price which I was quoted in the original email. When I explained to him about my hesitancy about purchasing a model not in my perfered color choice, the salesman brought the manager over, and in a very derogatory tone called me "Young Lady" (As a 30 year old woman I find that very degrading), and then said he couldn't change colors but numbers. I then tried to explain to the manager that my first choice of the alternatives would be the brown/purple color, but the manager then said that he could only make a deal on the color which I did not prefer (white). He then wanted to charge me almost a thousand dollars less for white (although I explicitly told him that I would prefer the brown/purple). A thousand dollars more for brown vs white...come on! Anyways long story short, I walked out and drove to another dealership found the exact model of the car I wanted in the exact color for less than that which I was quoted at valley honda and was treated very respectfully. The icing on the cake was once I returned home from the dealership, I got an email from valley honda claiming that they had the exact model of the car in the exact color that I was looking for. When I called them to try to find out why they did not show me this car on their lot when I had visited them earlier, they said the email was a misprint. Sorry Valley Honda but my family will no longer be giving you any of our business.

took my car to get clutch replaced after two weeks of having the car. and two weeks later that new clutch is having problems. i do not recommend their service...

After going to multiple Honda Dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for at Valley Honda. The experience was phenomenal. Our salesman Scott, was kind, patient, attentive, and hardworking. He wasnt pushing anything on us which made me very happy. He was a go with the flow salesman! If something isnt right for you, he would ask questions to get the best knowledge to help you find exactly what youre looking for. Everyone you meet at this dealership is nice and friendly. One of the managers also stood out to me. He was always smiling and ready to talk numbers, again without being pushy. This dealership has exceeded my expectations. I just bought my very first car which was a 2022 Honda Civic sport! Since November when I first started car shopping Scott Stevens my amazing sales person made sure that our experience shopping there was amazing. Even days after I received my car hes made sure to answer any questions I may have. The experience we had at this dealership doesnt compare to any of the dealerships we went to before!

I believe that we did a very poor job of explaining our policy regarding holding used vehicles for out of state customers, such as yourself. I sincerely apologize that my staff did not clearly explain our policy to you before the process started. While we did not 'shake hands' or have a signed purchase contract, we did give you the impression that you had secured the purchase if you elected to follow-through. Valley Honda is among the nation's largest volume Honda dealerships and we sell numerous vehicles to out-of-state customers. Therefore, we do our best to tailor our policies to be as fair as possible to all of our customers, particularly in situations like this when we have two people interested in the same vehicle at the same time. In the case of a used vehicle, we have a policy that the sale is made to the customer whose payment is made first. This policy completely ignores price, and therefore I believe the policy has high integrity. In other words, I assure you that the price someone is willing to pay plays NO PART in our decision to sell the vehicle when more than one person wishes to purchase the same vehicle at the same time. However, when we do not explain this process clearly up-front, we let you down and create the understandable impression that we are simply trying to sell to the highest bidder. I was dealing with Jab Rahman and was going through there financing. The deal was perfect I received the rate from Mr. Rahman from the bank he picked, scheduled a date and time for the pick-up. Was asked to provide a copy of my DL and a proof of insurance for this vehicle. The next morning I look into my email only to see that they sold the vehicle that I already got approved on from the Bank that Honda found. I was told that the deal was not finalized. I spoke to so many other dealers and they all said that that is not how they should be conducting business. I was very upset because I spend a whole day running around and providing information for absolutely nothing. Be careful with this dealer they will shake on a deal and then they turn around and sale it to the next best offer.
