Don't get your car serviced here ever. So I went in to get my car serviced the guy came back with broken brake pads and said you can't get the car on road without getting new ones.. Okay fair enough had those replaced for like a $1000. They told me the gasket must be replaced by the next service this was in 2015.. Next service I took my car to the subaru dealer in shoreline. There was no issue with gasket at all car has been running fine till now (2017). I am pretty sure that the brake pads was also a scam.. Like seriously you are a company dealership and behaving like theives appalling service and behavior. I hope the company takes notice of this and closes down this branch.

On the plus side, we've been pleased with the "Carter" experience. A word of warning however. Specifically, while Carter Ballard and Carter Shoreline are owned by the same folks, they DO NOT share service records. The end result: an awkward experience for both the customer and staff. There must be a better way.

Just got a new car over at the Ballard Carter Subaru!! I had an awesome experience!! Everyone was there to help and expedite the process of getting my new car. Sarah Steele, my sales person, tracked down a Crosstrek that was getting delivered 2-3 weeks prior to the one that I had been looking at and kept me updated with every detail as soon as she knew. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Got a great deal when I paid cash but it ended up taking 2 weeks before I actually got to take it home, instead of 2 days-which was what I was promised. Ended up losing the sale of my previous vehicle more than once. I got my money back, but very disappointed with the lack of transprancy. Wish it could have worked out, but needed a vehicle ASAP which is why I was willing to just pay cash.
