I had a very nice salesperson, who told me my offer was accepted over the phone. I got my money together and got a friend to drive me to Downey (an hour through traffic). When I arrived, the Sales Manager added $1,000. to the agreed upon price, saying that he had made a mistake--and refused to honor his agreement. I've made many a mistake in business, but I've always kept my word. Apparently, noone feels that way at Champion Dodge. Sad. A good place to avoid.
I love champion. Jose Mora (the sales manager) picked out the perfect sale's men for me.. Tony Ayala. They help put me in a new 2014 Jeep. which was a miracle. I have bad .. bad credit. I never thought I would have a new car. I thought I be stuck always buying pre owned cars. or cars from the penny saver.eeewww. This was a Dream come true. Diego in finance. also helped me get a great APR. Diego was working and fighting for the lowest percent. and got it for me. He really came thru for me by saving me money. I have since then brought others here.. and they have also got 5 star treatment. I am now apart of the Champion Family and will always be.
Just bought a New Jeep from here . and they seem like they are ready to give you the deal of a lifetime But the real salesman is the FINANCE GUY who won't let you leave with the actual DEAL the salesman says he can get you . They never Gave me their special discount From Champion Dodge and wouldn't Take No for an answer when declining all the Extras that they try to sell you right at the end of the deal to hike the price back up . They don't say those added extras are optional. He'll just give you two options to choose from . i wish i would have read some of these previous reviews before i went here . i am happy about the new Jeep . Disappointed in Champion Dodge as a whole . You'll be disappointed too i promise . All i can say is. . . if it doesn't feel right ( at any place ) Walk out !!! i won't be so dumb next time .
