Bought a used car here. Luckily the car was a huge motivating factor and not the salesman, David Reyes. I am still upset to think he got any commission. I asked him numerous questions that he didn't have a clue on and rather than saying he didn't know he clearly lied. I was suspicious while there but doing more research, a lot, on my own proved it. Lack of knowledge may drop a star in rating. Looking someone in the eye and lying got them rock bottom. Subaru makes a good product. Austin Subaru didn't produce good service.
I've been trying for over three days to schedule service at Austin Subaru with no luck. There service advisors are never available to schedule service, and every I've have call there service department it as gone to voice mail every time. No one has never called me back. The online options for scheduling service is super limited in what time are available. It shouldn't be this hard. At this point I'm just super disappointed with Austin Subaru and will explore other local options for servicing my Subaru.

I am very happy with the way I was treated at Austin Subaru service. Some of the things I appreciated: Everyone was friendly & helpful. Very efficient processes. Nice coffee bar lounge. Lyft shuttles. Fairness of using TireRack at TireRack pricing. This service rivals more high line car service, but better because of cost.

If you are tired of the games played by so many auto dealers in Austin, I found a dealership that doesn't play the games. My wife and I spent much time trying out many different cars at Subaru of Austin. We were never pressured nor disrespected at any time. Experience was excellent and even fun. I highly recommend working with Burak Baysu and Steve Carter! Their selection of new and highly affordable used cars was unmatched. The whole experience was stress free and honorable. Thanks so much to Steve and Burak!
Rude and uninformed sales people, seemingly uninterested in selling a car. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to, the way the test drive was conducted (how hard is it to make sure you have gas in the car before you take it out for a test drive???). The associate, Sean, that went along on the test drive was more interested in taking calls on his cell phone than in explaining the features on the car. I may still buy a subaru, but it sure as hell won't be from this dealership. Worst car shopping experience ever.
