Thanks for taking the time to express your concerns. We are disappointed to hear you left our dealership feeling this way. These vehicles are purchased from a Subaru closed sale. Some are Subaru factory executive demos some are rentals. These cars range from 4,000 miles to 15,000 miles and are under full factory warranty. They also come certified which extends the coverage to 7 years 100,000 miles. We happened to purchase over 20 vehicles and unless a carfax is pulled we wouldn't have known if it was a rental or not. My problem with this dealership is that I was told that 2019 outback had been purchased as executive demos.Since it would save me thousands of dollars, I would be willing to drive over 40 miles, I asked sales people if any of these cars were rentals. I was told they were not. In fact they were Hertz rentals. I confirmed that fact in the glove compartment. When I confronted mysales person, she ran a carfax which confirmed my discovery. Very bad. Probably will not be able to trust the dealership again.

The term "shop supplies" generally refers to things like solvents, cleaners, small quantities of fluids, rags, the servicing of the parts-cleaning machine, and the disposal of waste oil and other environmentally toxic materials. Just had my wheel bearing done, and that was 460.95 pre-tax. On the high end for this type repair. Then when I get my bill, there is a miscellaneous charge of 23.40 for "customer pay shop charge for repair order". What in hades is that? While I could tolerate the high parts cost, you also get fleeced here. As car is no longer under warranty, it may be time to find a reputable independent mechanic.
