I would not go by this dealership again. I contacted Mario through internet sales to get a quote on an 2014 Honda Odyssey, and he gave me an amazing price. I checked around and decided the price was so good I would go with them, but because it was so much lower I would double check they gave me the price for the 2014 of the appropriate trim. When I called back he assured me it was all correct. Still in disbelief I called a third time before driving out to them to confirm the price was valid, and he reassured me. On my there, I got a call from his boss, and it turns out that he had given me the price for a 2013, and they would offer me a price that was not as good as any of the other offers I had received, while they assured me they were "not making a profit" at that price. I insisted on talking to the manager, and eventually got to Aaron who offered me a few hundred more dollars off, but still barely at the price of the other dealers, and they had originally offered to get a different color from a neighboring dealer, but they removed that as an option. Ultimately we chose not to go with them as they clearly couldn't get their numbers right, wouldn't honor written quote they had given, and repeatedly used the old "we're not making money at this price" on progressively lower prices their competitors were happy to beat. I almost didn't end up writing this review, but I was reminded of the "customer service" I received from Moss Bros when I got the email offering free lifetime oil changes if you test drove a car within 7 days of your purchase, or buy a car from them. Lest any customer actually think this is a good deal, realize that you will receive oil changes (worth about $20 a few times a year) in return for (fine print from their email) "having and all manufacturer recommended maintenance services are performed at a Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership". Now maybe they have a great service department and more fair prices on their repairs than on their cars, but that "free" oil change comes with strings attached, so don't over-value it as they will be making money off you for your repairs, and you may or may not see a net savings compared to if you shopped your repairs around (which is out of the question with their plan). Ultimately, I had a great experience with multiple other dealers in the area (TCH in Temecula, Spreen in Loma Linda, Honda Cars of Corona, etc) but all around I have found this dealer to be sleazy without even offering a competitive price while many other dealerships in the area will give you a better price with better customer service. Maybe I just got them on a bad day, but I highly recommend you start your business somewhere else, and if you are fortunate enough to have them both give you the best quote and honor it make sure you read ALL the fine print so you don't have any hidden costs or think you are getting some added value from not-really-free "free" services. Maybe it was just a really bad day for them, but mixing up a price, not really double checking it on multiple call backs, lying about not making a profit, and ultimately refusing to honor a written offer seem like they started as a bad day, but ultimately revealed some less than savory business practices of this company. Tread carefully if you choose to do business with them.

I couldn't be happier with our experiences with Moss, I have personally bought 3 cars from them, my brother bought 2, my sister has bought 2, my grandma bought 1, my parents bought 1, my uncle just bought his 3rd. Along with numerous friends of mine and they are ALL references from myself and how awesome my 1st experience was and we keep going back. I use to sell cars about 10 years ago and I saw first hand how cut throat and shady it was with all the salesmen, definitely wasn't the job for me! Its never been that way at Moss. It was laid back, zero pressure and when I even said I will have to think about it, they gave me a handshake and said it was a pleasure to meet me. WHAT!!!!! my jaw dropped they didn't pressure me and my wife, my wife was shocked too. we drove down the street and turned back and bought our 1st car from them, been back ever since! they have the friendliest staff and salesman. I also take my car there for service and parts and they do a bang up job. I saw the other reviews and and really felt compelled to share my experience, they really earned my repeat business and the least I could do is spend a few minutes sharing my awesome experience. They have a sneaky way of giving you quotes. They will give you a quote that seems good but they don't include all their fees like destination fees. I went in and had called twice before going. I spoke to the same person who qouted me twice prior to going to the dealer and asked clearly what the price of the car was with all the fees and the sales rep said I surely assure you that this is the price I guarantee it I won't lie to you come down and I will show you. I wasn't so sure but I wanted to give them a shot he seemed very honest to me. I arrive and yes the staff was very friendly and all but they kind of laugh at me when I told them what I had been told. The quote I got was a good deal not a impossible number it was a realistic number which is my point. Anyways the person who did give me the quote denied ever giving me the quote when he had emailed me and we spoke twice over the phone and assured me that the price included EVERYTHING minus taxes, license and finance. It was a waste of my time to come down just to be told that I was lying but it's okay another dealer will have my business.
