My wife brought her car in for an oil change and tire rotation about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I washed her car and noticed that the tire rotation was never performed front tires are considerably lower than the rear, but of course they charged her for the service. This is AFTER she went the week before with a 2 year old and they advised her a oil change would take 2.5 hours to complete. Totally unsatisfied with their service and will not go back. If you must use a dealer go to Rt 23 Honda, at least they give you the service you pay for.
Also perfect. This is my 4th car at Joyce Honda. The service department is fast and efficient. Very well run. Love the sales team as well. No complaints.

Bought my car there last year. Service was closed at the time so they said come anytime to get spare key, will take 2 seconds. Went back a few weeks later, told me it would be a 2 hour wait so I left. Not to mention every single time I have arrived at service you have to wait around a half hour every time just for someone to come to your car and ask how they can help you. My one working key fob eventually broke, so I went back for repair and told them I still needed the second one. They shockingly fixed one! ... but of course didnt have enough in stock to supply me with my second key, but they would order one for me. I went back last week because my tire light had been on, and while I was there I asked the light be taken care of and that I finally get my second key. I get a ride home because I know the simple service I asked for would still take 2 hours. I then get a call from one of the technicians that my car is done, but they didnt have any keys but they ordered one for me (what happened to the key that was ordered for me last time I was in then?). He reassured me that my key would be in the next day, and that I could come get my car because the took care of my tire pressure light. I get there, ask if my key would actually be in the next day and if I could be taken right away because of my multiple attempts to get a key already. They look worried and say well tomorrows Saturday and were very busy. Great. Wont even try. I get in my car to go home, TIRE LIGHT STILL ON. So I left my car there for hours for them to literary do nothing. I call back, talk to the service receptionist, ask that the particular technician call me back & tell her what happened. She assured me he will, he never does. I call again, today, Monday morning at 7:30 am, that technician is conveniently off today! I speak with another, he connects me with parts. They take my number down and tell me theyll check if my key is and give me a call back. Guess what.. still waiting for them to call back. I dont think it should take 5 visits and this much frustration to get a key, however based on the other reviews Im reading about their service I should have known better. Very disappointing and unacceptable!
