Do NOT buy from this dealership. Once upon a time this was a great Maserati dealership. It has traded hands a few times and is now owned by your typical used car guys whose only motive is profit, not customer service. I was trading in my 2017 Maserati and from start to finish, each employee used small steps in an attempt to screw me on the deal. The slightly used Maserati I was thinking of purchasing from them was NOT detailed, as promised. It also needed tires and brakes, but they insisted they were fine: they were not. The financing was horrible (and I have a nearly flawless credit rating). They attempted to add in a lot of extras that no one needs. They low-balled the offer on my trade in. I walked out of Volume Cars and went to a REAL Maserati dealership in the Western Suburbs. They gave me $3,000 MORE on my trade and treated me like gold. I now have the new Maserati I wanted! Avoid Volume Cars, owned by one of the Jidd brothers, at all costs.
Test drove a Giulia at this dealership, which at time time was an O.K. experience. The car handled great, but the sales person knew next to nothing about the vehicle. After doing some research about current issues in 2017 models, I of course asked about them. Once I brought up the issues, I never got another reply. I brought up weak points with other vehicles in the same class with other dealerships (Jaguar, Audi, etc...) and they had no problem discussing them. The fact that this dealership will not reply to questions about quality\comfort\reliability, does not bode well for the dealership or the new Giulia model. I guess buyer beware, and do your research!
My salesperson Steve did a great job of following up with me throughout the whole sales process. I felt he was honest with me the entire time and always had my best interest in mind. He was very personable and a great guy!

Stopped in several months ago with my wife to look at some SUV's. The salesman was very friendly but new and not very knowledgeable - not an issue. But after talking with him and his boss on dealer loaners that would be up for sale, he never got back to us with pricing. Several emails he sent about them coming up for sale, but could not get any pricing. Can't buy anything without a price. Oh well.
