This service manager and staff continue to lie about vehicles being serviced. My vehicle was there for over 3 hours, sitting behing the building after they pulled it out of the drive, but they continued to lie to me acting as they were working on the vehicle and it just took a little longer. Needless to say, I could see the vehicle sitting and not being worked. It sat for another 4 hours just to get a battery replaced. Come on? in stock? give me the battery and I could of completed it in 2-3 minutes.
Do NOT use this service center either. I should have read all of these reviews before taking my Jeep in. They told me that they would charge me $99.50 for diagnostics fee and then use that money and credit it towards the repairs. They quote AFTER the diagnostics fee was $350. When I called everywhere else, their quote was significantly lower, INCLUDING the diagnostics fee. When i called the service center back and told them this, they accused me of calling Auto Zone (i called other dealerships and reputable Jeep shops in the area) and said they could lower my price by $50. Even after that, they would not provide me an itemized invoice of what they wanted to charge me and emailed me saying that the switch I need was a certain amount adn the part I needed was a separate amount. However, when I did get my Jeep fixed, the Invoice had ONE charge for the one part which WAS the switch! This dealership lied about using my diagnostic fee towards the repair and then lied about what they needed to charge me and would not provide me an itemized invoice of intended charges. This place is dispicable.
I just bought a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee It is a very sweet ride. There was a slight vibration problem and they replaced my very expensive rims for free and two of the tires. The air conditioning stopped working partially on a trip to the coast, they put me in a truck and fixed it. Peter Awbrey
It is rare that a dealer these days do what they say. I saw an advert in the paper on a ram truck that i was intersted in. I called and spoke with sales manager micheal spencer and he stated that he still has the truck and would be happy to honor the price. After I arrive at the dealer I inspect the truck and it is in great shape all except for a small ding on tailgate. I work deal with sales person and get the price and tell him about the small dent. Mr spencer offered to fix the dent for me and still do the advertised price. It was great!!! I will be back for my next purchase for sure.
RUDE AND INCOMPETENT! I hate dealing with these people they are quite simply the most inept group of idiots I have ever encountered. Brand new Jeep Patriot wouldn't start sometimes, went in 8 times in 8 months and they still didn't fix it. Two weeks after the service the brakes and starter motor went too. The service department is absolutely atrocious. Don't buy from these guys, don't deal with them, they deserve to go out of business. I'm currently debating filing a lemon suit against them and I hope that in the meantime they all get cancer.
