Tried to get a vehicle through them. They never called me to let me know anything about if I was accepted for a loan or if I needed any paperwork for them. I called them a couple times and when they never called me back I assumed they didn't need the sale. Poor customer service.

Absolutely appalling! Car was given to my daughter and told she had been approved for loan. It was a verbal approval. The bank ended up denying the loan AFTER she had the car for 6 days. The dealership even had the car put on her insurance and gave her brand new plates from DMV. So 6 days after she thought she had purchased the car they called her and threatened to call the police if she didn't have the car returned by 5 pm the next day. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. In my opinion, I would never, ever, ever, do business with such an unscrupulous dealership. Shame on them for doing this to people!!! We are filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. This was completely unethical.

STAY CLEAR OF THEM. FIRST OF ALL NOT ONE TO WRITE A REVIEW GOOD OR BAD, I HAVE 3 COMPANIES I RUN SO I DON'THAVE TIME TO NIT PICK. HOWEVER MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN BAD ENOUGH THAT I WISH I HAD READ A REVIEW OTHER THEN THE 40 ON HERE, WHICH IS NOTMANY GIVEN HOW LONG THEY'VE BEEN AROUND.... so one story, sales guys are good there but beware if anything goes wrong after the fact... .. bought 2011 jeep grand Cherokee only 80k on it, bought Nov 2017....3 days into it heater doesn't work... ok like I saidI'm in sales things happen... so they fix the heater.... takes them almost 7 business days they gave us a loaner... that was cool... since Nov.... the rear caliber seized locking the back tire up smoke pouring out tire like literally forest fire.. I'm like you inspected it, yeah and everything was fine... so yup bring to my guy have to do caliper,rotar, rotar and brakes because everything get heated up so much..... alright maybe bad luck...700 bucks.... next issue only one door will lock still that wayto date, then back seat panel just falls off, used car oki guess.... next issue radiator has to be replaced, car over heats apparently it's got a crack, ever shell out for one of those well if not average range 750-1100 bucks not covered, two months ago the jeep crazy loud.... now the exhaust has to replaced apparently hole rotted in it.... like ok really 2011 80k miles few months of owning it... awesome and yup a good 500 bucks covered um no...... ok so the straw that pushed me over... upstate ny, yup 2 weeks of 102 degrees... never really used the ac... bought in November, so checked the ac charge all good... things blowing hot air, I call explain I believe same issue as winter time, if you recall heat wasn't blowing... one thing they fixed... so anyways yup we see that inthe computer.... ok schedule the apt... for today... wives sick, I take half work day away from my companies...... so I get there explain everything again etc... yeah well we wont know until we dig into it, now I'm ripping... like but your goingto take care of it right, don't know if they relate until we get into it... doesn't seem like it would relate. I'm like so if you get into it and tell me it isn't one of the same I'm on the hook... well yeah idk what kinda warranty you purchased.... yup you guessed it finally lost it... I'm like none I bought a dam top model jeep grand Cherokee 6 months ago, that I've sunk over 3k into it.... didn't realize i needed a dam warranty or line of credit to drive my vehicle... needless to say cancelled the appointment, ironically my career I work with all sorts of clients, and one happens to be an attorney general in NYS.... yup like I said that's my story, I'm not the person that goes on here to rant rave good or bad.... but I'm soooooo over krystal Chrysler jeep...I will send an email sharing my experience with all 6800 of my clients, my business partners, friends, family etc.. Russian roulette with ownership..... if you still want to go there buy the 2500 warranty on top of the higher then average interest rates, and just hope theirs no holes in the warranty such as oh well that's not covered......I literally just left 1hr ago from there dealership which btw is 45min from me but thewife liked that jeep online. .....Krystal krooks of the Adirondacks..... junk jeep owner over and out.....ty for reading.. and good luck car shopping.... back to work for me, got a jeep to fix...
