I went in for a 90,000 mile tuneup and I complained my car was shaking. Well when I went back at 96000 miles for oil change and because my car was shaking so bad , I found out that the 90,000 mile check up had not been done, my front brakes were completely gone, a new arm and bearings and brakes and a new axel had to be replaced..so $2837.00 later when I took it to the manager, he asked what would rectify the situation maybe training your service representative to perform the appropriate service to the car would be helpful. I asked to work with a different service rep due to the poor performance of the last representative. Dolores A was fantasticshe listened, she responded, she led me to the Manager ( he said he would SEE WHAT HE COULD DO! I paid my bill including a 90,000 mile check up, and left). My car is my livelihood, I am diligent in caring for it, given the poor care that was given and the consequences that might have occurred, I wii never go back.

My partner and I just purchased two brand new subaru a from another dealership, but wanted to find a dealership near our vacation home to visit while we are here in the Asheville area, so when we decided to stop in and buy a cargo cover and see how this dealership was personality wise before scheduling any Matinience service, we got a clear idea!!!! From the minuet we walked in, we were ignored, and when we interrupted the conversation of two employees to ask where we would purchase the accessory, we were treated by the gentlemen as if it was a bother to be in his presence, and since "the guy" was gone for the day "you'll just have to come back another day"...no explanation nothing first... On top of that the show room was dated and unkempt. The dealer ship also sales other brands, has a large used lot, and a rental car section...and a big sign advertising a way to rebuild your credit...enough said....we will stick to our dealership at home, but before that we will visit prestige subaru in Asheville, which only deals in subaru, and is a premier dealer..hopefully they will be a better representation of what today's subaru owner is looking for...not the typical treatment at some side of the road used car sales place...sorry for the negativity, but if like us, you are accustomed to modern dealerships that are clean and updated and offer premium services to loyal subaru drives, we suggest you shop else where.
