Poor salesman charging over 20% MSRP. Do not shop here. As per manufacturers they are not to practice such sales markups. They just lost business from my company I was going to purchase multiple vehicles from them. Now I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on your dealership! I will be talking this matter directly with ford. I am a well qualified buyer and I will explain to them why I am canceling multiple orders. I owned a ford for 20 years this is heartbreaking!
