I initially had a recurring problem with my car that the garage was unable to fix after a few failed attempts. They then were not effectively progressing further to get it resolved. I ended up having to notify complaints, which is when the manager, Neil Worrow became involved and everything changed for the better and reinstated my faith in customer service not being completely dead. He personally too over dealing with my car and got it successfully resolved over two attempts within 2 weeks. The customer service after his involvement restored my faith in Lookers Chelmsford JLR and would certainly use them again. Would have given 5* but I needed to recognise the initial failures.
