Service has been disappointing since I purchased my Silverado from cornerstone. They give 1 year service but you can never get in always 2hr wait. Been there 4 times in last 2 weeks, I give up making appointment with another shop to get oil changed and service.

We see we did multiple factory recalls and attempted to duplicate a poor speaker issue on your last visit. Unfortunately, we were not able to duplicate it at the time of service. Terrible experience here. I originally bought my vehicle new from here, and I brought it in to have them look at an issue with my radio/speakers. I scheduled an appointment to drop my car off for the day and they didnt even look at it the day I dropped it off causing me to figure out transportation for an extra day without my vehicle. They then said there were no issues with the vehicle after checking it. Every time I call they say they will have someone reach out with follow up on fixing the issue and I never get a response. Its been a nightmare trying to get something figured out with this service team. Based on this experience I definitely wont be buying another vehicle from them and highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you need it serviced.

We recently purchased a Ford Expedition from Cornerstone Auto and it was a great experience. The dealership was exceptionally busy and Wayne Dietz was working on 3 sales at the same time. Wayne was great and I never felt like I was being ignored or was not important. He did a great job juggling everything he had going on and was wonderful to work with. Thanks Wayne and Cornerstone. We will be back for our next purchase.

Nothing to share. Service department can't help with a warranty vehicle issue and I should just be without a vehicle for 2 months
