Lia was very quick to take my $80 to diagnose my vehicle even though they couldn't recreate the issue and solve the problem. They told me to bring it in immediately if the problem started again and they would be happy to fix it. That sounded like a good solution. The problem has happened twice since then, and even though their hours are until 6pm, all of the techs leave at 4:30 which leaves me out $80 bucks with a warranty that is useless. Thanks, Lia.
