Sizing is inaccurate. Rothy’s refuses to exchange for another size as they stated Final Sale. Terrible customer service, will NEVER purchase again.

Bought my first pair Jan 2023 My friend reccomended the shoes and said she had them in ever color for work. The refferal code she sent did not work so I am emailing CS about that but I am incredibly satisfied with the shoes. I got the slip on shoes in a 8.5 ( I am an 8 but my friend told me to size up to 9 but I felt 8.5 was the right choice and it was!). I will be ordering another pair for myself and my mom if they reply to my email for my friends credit. I wouldn't have known if it weren't for her.

Just wanted to acknowledge the amazing customer service help I received from Crystal yesterday! The elastic was breaking on my shoes, and she was quick to replace them. I love Rothy's, and now I love their employees too! Thank you so much!!!!

Poor customer service. Rothy's made a pretty big error on only sending me one of the 2 pairs I ordered and paid for. After the fact, I contacted customer service. Although I did end up getting reimbursed, they did not care to rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner (e.g. offering a comparable pair). I just got generic form emails offering no assistance. For such expensive shoes, this customer service is seriously lacking.
