Ive visited this store 3xs in the last month and had a good experience, however on 06/03. I was helped by Cathie R. (white woman, short blonde hair) and the entire experience was uncomfortable, she made snarky faces and had a hostile attitude, after I stated twice that I only want to exchange the exact shoe for a larger size, she continued to push other options on me, and I kept stating I want the same shoe shoe, next size but she looked at me as if I had no understanding, and she kept on talking in circles, totally uncalled for!

This is my 3rd Rothys location I have visited. (We are in the area visiting family) Cathie helped myself and my husband. She was wonderful!! So sweet, very knowledgeable and helpful! Not only did I get a few things, but so did my husband! Thank you Cathie for making our visit to Georgetown so fun!!

It took a while for me to get the right fit, but now Im glad we kept trying. Cathie was very helpful and fun to talk with - I talk a lot to everyone and my fiancé puts up with it well enough. Btw the shoes are great, but I think most everyone knows that. The merino loafers are by far the best, but the others a pretty great too.
