Hello Brandon, Since you have now changed your very nice review of our services, I would like to respond by reminding you that the reason your rear bumper cover is not covered under our warranty is because it has been over 2 years since we repaired your Prius and we have followed steps to ensure there is 100% no problem with our workmanship and the rear bumper cover (OEM) that was replaced carries a 12 month manufacturer warranty. I am sorry that Toyota nor the Insurance company will not pay to replace your rear bumper cover. I am happy to continue to help with getting it to fit on the sides better for you, but have already replaced 2 brackets for free, removed and installed it 3 times and it has been determined not only by us, but by the Insurance company that there is not any other issues related to your loss or our repairs. I also remind you that I am taking your word that no one else has backed into, stepped on or impacted your bumper in any way over the last 2 years. I was rear-ended and brought my Pruis to Hampden based on good online reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not as satasfactory. Despite several return visits over the course of a year, Hampden refused to honor their guarantee and instead blamed Toyota for defective parts-- OEM parts they sourced. Instead of making things right by negotiating with- or eating the cost of a second round of OEM parts, they tried replacing other bumper attachment components and finally proposed custom anchoring the bumper cover on my Prius. I have since moved out of the state and have to look at a horrible repair job. I would suggest you take your vehicle elsewhere and learn from my mistake.

Could only imagine the customer service. While out on a work run (I deliver tires) I made a wrong turn and had to make a U-turn in there parking lot. Now I drive a box truck not a normal car, there lot was perfect for me to make a turn and I made it. As I'm about to pull out of the area, someone has the nerve to run out and yell that "I can't make a u-turn here!" Not nice and calm, rude and pissed for no reason. I will surely never do business here.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CAR From the initial consult to a challenging insurance situation to the finished work, Hampden Auto Body (HAB) did a phenomenal job on my car. This is a family-owned shop that's consistently ranked as one of the top body shops in Denver for a reason. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch customer service, and that's exactly what they did for me: When I called HAB for the first time to ask about the general repair process, it was just after the shop had closed for the day. But Mike Ross, the owner, patiently answered all my questions and explained what my options were well after the time he'd normally have gone home for the day. What's more, he didn't pressure me to bring my car in to his shophe just wanted to help me out. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and laid-back. Mike worked with me to understand my financial situation and what would be the best solution to repair my car. Mike did a great job in handling the inherent challenges with the insurance company to justify a supplemental check that they issued to meet my repair needs. Mike persistently searched for quality replacement parts at good prices, with an emphasis on safety. Mike's team did high-quality work! My new bumper and trunk looked fantastic and like-new, making me proud and excited to drive my car again. Mike's team went the extra mile in a few notable ways: (1) In repairing my trunk, they gave it an extra two coats of paint, which will prevent the original silver color from showing if the trunk gets lightly scratched in the future. (2) Much to my surprise, they fully cleaned and detailed my car really wellrust stains that I didn't think could come off were gone, the wheels and hubcaps looked like new, the inside was vacuumed, the windows were spotless and streak free, and the interior smelled nice. Mike's team pays attention to detail. For example, when reattaching my rear license plate, they replaced the existing two screws I'd been using since I bought the car in 2005 with four brand-new ones. It was a little thing that said a lot about how they run their business. The best part about my experience with HAB is that because of their efforts, I was able to keep my car without it being totaled or having to pay out of pocket to fix it, which was vitally important to me because I wasn't at fault in the accident. And HAB didn't just restore my car to its former condition, they ended up upgrading it with the parts they used and the quality of the repair work they did. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and professionalism HAB showed. Should my car ever need work in the future, I know who'll be fixing it.
Hampden Auto Body did a hail repair on my F150, they cut the roof off, and put a new roof on. Five years later I took it to another body shop to have some other work done and they pointed out the roof was rusting and the seal wasnt properly applied causing the roof to rust. Caliper collision said the roof should be warrantied by Hampden Auto Body. Yesterday I visited Hampden Auto Body with Mike Ross. He said that wasnt covered under warranty, gave me a quote and sent me down the road. So they say they warranty their work but in this case they said they wouldnt. Nice people, fair craftsmanship, poor warranty. Repair recommended: remove light surface rust, put on a rust inhibitor, and apply epoxy down the seam was $300.00-$600.00.
