Called on December 22 for info to order a dodge challenger. No call back from sales mgs. Driving 26 miles to Centerville to order. BAD business practice. Not recommended place to do business.

My experience here was great, I took our jeep in for a routine oil change, the staff was great and got right to work on my vehicle, everything was just as I had left it. The price was a bit high but well worth it to not have to do it my self and actullay was just a few dollars cheaper than some of the competitors. I will be taking my vehicle back here for routine maintenance.

Went in for recall work on our car. They didnt test drive it before handing us the keys, saying it's all good. Not even a minute out on the road we knew something was wrong. They tried saying it was potentially something with oil (no it isn't oil isn't a reason why 5th and 6th gear would just pretend to not exist). Also told us that they were going to check and "make sure " it was something they did wrong when they put in recall parts and that if it was something they deemed not their fault they would charge a diagnosis fee. Our car literally had no problems when we came in with it. Really? It ended up being a software issue that they messed up (that they didn't test prior to pick up either) but it was honestly nervewracking and unprofessional behavior. Not going back there for work ever again. A minute test drive would have told them it wasn't right.
