Took my car for a 3rd time repeat diagnose . Malissa Service manager treated with me no respect . Told me several times to take my car to a different dealership . Had no respect for me .she started yelling at me from acoss the room . i have never heard a manager speak to a customer like how she was speaking to me . Worst service i have ever had. I will never be dealing with this dealership ever again . They didn't properly diag or verify my conern . they also lie on legal documents. malissa said that they don't properly check components on multi point inspection , they just "assume " it's ok . I recommend going to Carlson or oakland , horrible representation of Subaru

I recommend Putnam Burlingame to anyone looking for a Subaru. I had been in contact with Daniel who was very friendly and gave me a great deal on my car. I was greeted by him when I showed up and with no complications I hopped in the driver seat of my car and test drove it. Daniel took care of all of the financing needs fairly quickly and gave me a few different options and the details for various payment types. Make sure to do some research of your own before signing up for any extra packages. Thumbs up to the sales team.
Please avoid this dealership at all costs. My family and I dedicated a night to finalize a deal on one car and to hopefully buy another. Marc was our point of contact for the sale and we booked an appointment to work with him. Upon meeting him he was extremely rude. He made snide remarks and has no sense of customer service. Marc rushed out process due to us coming closer to closing. I understand that youd like to go home, but why not tell us to not come later in the day then? If you didnt want to have a sale at the end of day then tell the customer instead of wasting my whole familys time. I am asking people to please consider taking your business elsewhere. Youll find better deals and proper customer service at Carlsen or any dealer in the South Bay. The sales manager Anthony kept going back and forth with Marc on pricing which in turn caused us to be on edge because we felt like the pricing we were given wasnt even that good. My nephew began to walk back and forth due to no A/C inside their establishment. Anthony told him that he was being hostile due to him pacing. Anthony, you and Marc made my whole family feel uncomfortable. Subaru, please consider hiring a proper management team and not one that accuses customers of being hostile. Anthony is extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment. My family and I will never purchase a Subaru again because of how badly we were treated by Putnam Subaru.
