Don't come here if you're looking to negotiate because you're not going to get one!!!!! Full price is the only price they'll take. Never in my life have I been to a car dealership that offer negotiations
I apologize about what you experienced with your service visit. Can you please contact me so I can make this right? I cannot find your name in our database, I would love to hear back from you. Robert Kelleher - General Manager - [email protected]

I have been going to LandRover of Hanover for the past couple years for all my service. Am I happy with the price? No. When I dug into why they charge for parts (ie; $35 for a bolt and $25 for a nut) I visited the parts dept and they reduced the cost and agreed it was Crazy pricing. Other parts are expensive as well. Thats Parts. Lets talk about personnel. When you walk in for service you immediately feel the misery of both service mangers (Dave and Tom). Every time Ive walked in they are completely miserable and agree they are. They are not customer service oriented at all. Its like you should be thankful they are there. I went in for an estimate to have suspension work done (not covered under warranty supposedly). After having my Range Rover for three days (that was my appointment) they finally looked at one of the issues and informed me it would be between $6,000-$8,000 to repair. I asked for an estimate and they wouldn't provide one. Then they proceeded to inform me that if I wanted them to determine what was wrong with the engine (loud ticking noise-valve and or lifter work) they told me I would have to pay for 8 hrs to look into it. 8 hrs to remove the entire top of an engine is slow as molasses to begin with. That was over $1,000 for them to look at it. Again, said it was probably covered under warranty but I had to pay over $1,000 to determine that!!! When I told them how upset I was and when could they do it, Tom responded we just dont have the time to do this. Look into it!!! Customer service? Seriously? This place has the worst service and attitude I have ever experienced at ANY auto store or repair shop. I could give more examples of their inability to operate professionally but Ive wasted enough time on this alone. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE ANYTHING FROM LANDROVER OF HANOVER!!!!
Alexis - I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated, and I understand that repairing your vehicle can be a stressful experience. Unfortunately, your 103,797-mile engine does need to be replaced. As far as selling your vehicle goes, we thought you were interested in pursuing that course after you asked the advisor what the car was worth - I do apologize for that mistake on our end. As you know, we did not charge you for the inspection, but we stand by our assessment of your vehicle, and I would be more than willing to discuss the details with you directly. If you would like to speak with me about this, please don't hesitate to give me a call. Thank you, Joe Anselmo - Service Manager - (781) 659-4000

I was under the impression that when you get to a "dealer" for your vehicle brand, you got to the one stop to solve any of your problems. Not this time, very little willingness to help shown, was recomended to replace my engine as they "would not get into certain repairs". I was even presented with the option to sell my 6 years old vehicle and they could check if any of their employee were interested, not acceptable, not professional and not ethic under my eyes. A few days has passed and still trying to get over that experience, so disappointed.
