A used car dealership is a used car dealership... I went to see a 2013 Audi convertible on their lot this past December, Salesman Mason took me for a test drive and to be honest I was surprised he even knew where to plug in his seat belt he knew so little about the car. He sorta laughed me off thinking I wasn't a serious buyer (nice). I returned a day or two later after seeing a few other cars for-sale to revisit Luthers offer. I worked with Bruno who was possibly less knowledgable than Mason on the car in question. Bruno was clearly the in-between for management and the customer I often found myself walking past bruno to get a direct answer from someone else. The bottom-line was it was the right car and I was going to deal with the dealership because of it. I purchased the car in January and had to put it in storage until I got done with the semester at school. I came home from school early due to Covid19 and got my car out of storage put insurance on it and immediately broke down. Mind you I had put less then 100 miles on it (most just driving it home 2.5 months prior) Well I was beyond their warranty period of 2 months, I had lost my job offer due to Covid19 and now had a car that required 2k worth of repairs due to a preexisting issue. Jason the sales manager made it very clear that Luther would in no way be helping me out. I felt duped at this point I am $18,000 into a car I drove 3 times... I wasn't even hoping they would fully cover anything but simply help me in someway (bringing the car to them for service with parts on me but labor on them etc.) nothing the best Jason could do was offer me a sketchy mechanic in the cities to visit for a "good price". I took it to Audi because at this point I didn't know exactly what I had purchased in terms of problems to come. End result was bad fuel injectors ($2k). Beyond that nightmare which has put me in a tough financial spot for the time being. Luther has been a pain to work with, we ordered the floor mats for the car (which was part of the deal they would pay for) and it took 7 emails and a well over a month to get the reimbursement for that. I asked for documentation on the tires and the engine work that had been done and they promised I would get that (written in the deal) I have gotten the tires forms and still nothing on the major engine work that was reportable done. Oh and haggle free pricing means no negotiating. Best part is Bruno didn't even have the power to negotiate my main negotiation wasn't on the price it was on getting a second key! I love my new car it was the exactly color and spec I was looking for for over a month but the experience with the crack team of Bruno and Jason, left me bitter for so many reasons. Luther will never make my list of dealerships I would consider in the future.
Hello "Ri Che", Sorry your experience here didn't meet your expectations. As part of our sales process we do encourage a brief 5 or 6 question interview with all of our guests. This allows us to ensure we are making the best use of your time here. Our intention isn't to lengthen the car buying process, but to speed it up by focusing on what is important to you. Again, I apologize that your experience didn't meet your expectations.

What an awful experience. Came in to see a car I saw online. Was not greeted, and all the staff was just sitting around. A pushy salesperson insisted I sit at his desk and asked me a bunch of condescending questions. I told him I wanted to see the car I came in for and he told me to come back if I didnt want to sit through his process. Called the sales manager to complain and he defended the salesperson. I should be able to see a car (that I intended on buying) without the third degree. Way to lose a customer for life Luther. Thanks for the lack of professionalism in posting my first and last name too.
Timothy, thank you for the five-star review! It is our pleasure to take good care of your needs, and we look forward to continue our relationship in the future!

Great staff. Excellent service. They take care of their customers.
I was so pleased with how smoothly buying a used car at Luther Fiat went. The process was very transparent (unlike my experience at other dealers). Dave even showed me paperwork they had about the car that I wouldn't have had access to otherwise, and he went over the Carfax report with me. Johnny was also very nice and easy to work with. I expect to have my (new to me) Fiat for a long time, but when I go car shopping again, I will go to Luther Fiat.
Bought a car over the phone, drove 4 hours to go get it. Had the loan done, insurance on it and got a text 1 hour before the dealership opened for Bruno to tell me was sold the night before. He refused to answer me back on it to acknowledge what had even happened nor even try to help me find anything else. Wasted an entire vacation day from work, time and gas to come all that way. Thanks for nothing Luther Fiat.
