They park vehicles for sale in handicapped spaces and fire lanes. So clearly not ethical people. I stood in front of the receptionist for a full 3 minutes while she was on her personal phone reading emails or social media.

The sales team at Premier has been an incredible resource and help for my husband and I. We wanted some specifics on our new Suburban. Buying a vehicle from Premier Chevrolet in Buena Park, California in May 2020, has to be the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I experienced Covid19 social distancing and mask rules violations from several of the personnel at the dealership including the Finance representative and the Dealership manager. I found several careless or possibly intentional errors in the contract process that if not corrected I would have paid approximately 4k more than I was supposed to have paid. A request for information regarding an agreed first oil service for the new vehicle purchase resulted in the Dealer Manager calling me a penny pincher and a bargaineer. Apparently the dealership manager hands out oil services on the back of a business card with hand written on the back stating "Oil Change" with an illegible signature. I was refused to have the complimentary first new car oil change on a work order or Due Bill. According to the Dealership manager these hand written oil change cards are "like gold or cash". I will never buy a vehicle from Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park and caution anyone who goes there. My New Car purchase experience was horrible. Disregard the 1 star rating. Should be Zero rating.
