Service tech didnt explain that there would be a cost related to a check engine light
Not very organized. Website specifically said it had a particular model. Drive all the way there and they had no clue. Service was not good. Made you feel like you were crazy. Have been loyal Ray Catena clients for over 15 years. This was truly the worst experience. Would not go back
I had a great experience with Ray Catena Infiniti of Bridgewater. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Cory, our salesman, was awesome. He answered all questions, was patient and very accommodating. He kept me updated on everything and made this process very easy. I could not be happier with my new car!

Purchase with confidence! I bought my Infiniti QX80 2022 here. Andrew and Joe were amazing! They made me feel like family. Buying a car by yourself as a woman can be very intimidating. They treated me with respect, were very thorough, and took the time to teach me all about the vehicle. I would absolutely purchase from Ray Catena again.

Brian and Mark was awesome . They made my first experience buying a car and great one... Although I had issues with it within a month. But the service guy Andres was very helpful and professional as well as attentive. Those three men get a five star but the guys who actually service the car is another story. I'm still experiencing issues. I feel the tires i got with the car wasn't the problem and was taking from me. My breaks makes noise and my gas peddle is another story. I don't know if it's gas I'm smelling but the first time I smelt it, it made me dizzy..... and my meter screen was cracked after I picked it up. A tiny crack but not a big issue...//// I took the car to another dealer and got the smell fixed and my breaks. Also the tires that was placed on by Ray catena. And I just found out I was forced into signing some tire protection plan....
