Absolutely disgusting customer service and dishonest dealer. I left a deposit on a used BMW X5 which Brian the sales rep agreed a pick up day. I then get an email saying the car is re-advertised and I must pay full amount to buy the car. This is not to do business as I did not get a chance to view the car. I also arranged insurance and booked day off work. Also said the car is sold as seen with no warranty. Quite strange when your paying nearly 25k buying and paying for car which you cannot see. Maybe it was a blessing I did not buy it ??? Please AVOID this dishonest dealership and shop elsewhere where you can get warranty and honesty.
Hi Paul. Thanks for your review. We took a refundable 100 deposit to take the car off sale. You then viewed the car and paid the rest of the deposit we arranged to get the car delivered to your home and then you decided to cancel because you wanted a 5 door car. The car has always been a 3 door car. We then mutually agreed by email that after our costs incurred we would give you part of your deposit back as a gesture of goodwill. Our 12 month warranty details are readily available we provide a 12 month Renault Approved warranty with all our approved used vehicles which can be used at any garage with a claim limit up to the total value of the car. In regards to the service history we have provided you the digital printout for the car. We wish you all the best in the future and good luck with the car search. Poor attitude to customers I left a 100 deposit to secure over phone for used mercedes. Viewed it a few days later. Paid 500 deposit on a Tuesday Then changed my mind on the Thurs due to GF deciding we needed a 4 door car. I cancelled order by email and phone Got 200 back They wouldnt refund full deposit. And when i asked about the 12 month warranty. I couldnt get anything in writing. And also service history was very sketchy to say the least. Looked like someone had just cut and pasted off web and added my car plate. Dont return calls.

Within 3 weeks of taking the car it was squeezing when braking very loudly, considering the time of year it was too loud. We booked it in only to be told that my pitted discs and 75% worn pads were above standard and thats it. I was told somebody would be in touch to discuss it so I waiters to leave this review. Nothing so far so I guess you are finished with me. Pitted discs and 75% worn pads are unbelievable. My braking is less efficient and I have 3 children in the car with me. Shocking service and I wont be recommending to a friend. Technician must be deaf as he said he couldnt hear the noise. I know its hard to find good techs at the moment but that one was laughable
