I bought a GMC Acadia for $13,900 from them in April 2018. The first week I had it the heat wasnt working so I had to bring it back and they fixed that. . I have only had the car for a total of 7 days and then the ac was hissing badly and the ac was not working on the passenger side or the rear where my 3 month child was. Took it back again and said it was fixed and charged me $600 in parts and labor was free. In total it would of cost me $1500. I thought that was a little unfair but I got over that. The car still is hissing and it is now the end of July 2018 and the ac again is not working when the car is parked. Talked to Suburu and we worked it out where they would cover half of the repairs. Had another $1500 ac leak come up and this time we spent All day there promised to get a good deal on trading the car back because this was getting ridiculous. Found a car and for the a car I now have $16000 into the offered me 10,000. They car way more about there bottom dollar then customers.

If it was possible to get a negative rating, I would do that. The sales people here clearly make too much money because they had zero interest in providing us with additional details that were asked on a different vehicles within their lot therefore not wanting to make a sale. It took multiple emails and contacting a sales manager there to get part of the additional information we were requesting. We won't be looking at any other vehicles at this location!

Was looking to upgrade my mom's subaru to better safety features. we initially looked at the dealerships in Iowa where we live before coming to this dealership. Elliot Norwood did great job and made my mom feel comfortable. He took extra time to sit in the car and explain all the new technology to her and was very patient with her questions. We're very happy we came to Minnesota and the care Elliot showed us.

Avoid at all costs. I recently bought a 2005 Honda Pilot from this dealership. Everything was fine but the engine had an oil leak. They offered to fix it because it was not functioning properly.this was initially supposed to take a day or two. This took over a week. They called us and told us to pick the car up. We were not available at the time so we picked it up later that night. Once we showed up they told us it was not ready and it could be anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour. We left because we didn't have the time. they dropped it off the next morning and we test drove it. It was terrible. The heat shield was loose and shaking, the steering wheel was off center and the A/C didn't work. None of these were problems when we originally bought the car and did the paperwork. The car also wasn't detailed like they promised. We returned it and waited another week for it. Once we went back and tested it again the issues were fixed but if we went over 50 MPH the steering wheel started shaking violently. Nobody even bothered to test drive it. It is clear they do not hold any accountability for any workers there and that they have a lack of care when it comes to customer service. Do not even bother trying to buy anything used here.
