I thought a chevy dealership would at least tell me what was missing in my fluids. Got an oil change here did not get a wait time est, tell me what they did, or even give me info on my next oil change. Wallmart had way better service and were real pros!

I bought my p/u truck in 2008. And with it I bought an extended warranty for more than a $1000.00. Now after 4 years I went to Viva Chevrolet, located on Magruder and Montana street in El Paso, tx, for service and found out that the warranty is not good for an electronic issue that my truck have. They charged me $95.00 for the diagnostic 'cause is not cover by the warranty(First Extended Service Corporation, is the name of the company that took the money from me and now they don't respond with my claim). I don't recomend to anyone to buy vehicles at that Chevy location.
I just walked in and was greeted right away. The service there is amazing. They answered every question i had and even broke it down barney style if need be.

Paul Duran was very courteous and informative when we questioned about the warranty on our vehicle. They threw in a free car wash without even asking! Our visit was great and we are happy to continue taking our vehicle to Viva Chevrolet.
We were VERY disappointed in our car buying experience at Viva Chevy, earlier this year. We had gone in and told them straight up, "we are using the miles program." After telling them that, i would assume that they wouldn't run my credit FOUR times for their financing. The salesman we worked with, John, said we needed to fill out the credit paper just for the files. Right. So they lied to us, to get our info and to run my credit FOUR times. When i found that out, i was LIVID. We had gone in around 2/3 in the afternoon with our infant daughter, and because they ran it through different credit programs, we were there till almost 8/9 in the evening. We spent OVER 5 HOURS there because they decided to try to finance us through something else. After we FINALLY got the car, they told us we would recieve a black book with a free oil change and other coupons in it for the upkeep of our car, that was in JULY and it's now DECEMBER and we still have yet to recieve the black book. Everytime we had called about it, they told us "it's through a separate company and we can't control how long it takes and it also takes longer to get one for a used car, than a new one." Even if that's true, it shouldn't take SIX MONTHS. I should have listened to the reviews that said "after you buy your car, they don't care about you." I know it's not all Viva dealers, cause my friend bought a car from Viva KIA and her experience was amazing, so it's just Viva CHEVY. We are looking into another car and we will definitely NOT be going to Viva Chevy again.
