I have never had a good experience when dealing with Byers Dublin. Their service staff is very unfriendly. From the first time I came up to a service counter I was greeted by a service agent who asked me what he could help me with while he was looking down at his paper and never looked up to greet me. It has not gotten better over the last few times I've been there so I am going considering either Byers Subaru on Hamilton Rd. or another dealership. I will not go back to Byers Dublin Subaru

Reason for service was successfully addressed. However, customer service was lacking. Took 15 minutes to find my keys which they misplaced, and then they had to reprint bill after improperly charging for warranty work. Took about 30 minutes to pick up and get out of there.
