My car was in a accident on September 6 and i have never have problem. With the auto body department but this time i did it took them almost 2 weeks to get the parts and another 2 weeks to get my car back to me. Unreal and when i got my car back they never put the air filter in. I called them to tell them that snd they said come back tomorrow. I said forget that and went and bought a air filter and put it in myself. If i ever get in a accident i will be going to a different shop. Thank you and please don't call me back.

Steve Powley was friendly and helpful, but Im not too pleased with the overall service. My van was there for repairs after being hit. When I took it in the back up sensors were not working. They had my van for 4 days. I went to pick it up and asked what was wrong with the sensors. They never even made sure they were working before I went to pick up my van. So now I have to take it back in again so they can figure out what is wrong with the sensors.

I always dealt with R & R. Never ever had any problems till recently. I always recommended them to family and friends about their great service. Made an appointment to have my brakes checked, had to cancel appointments due to power steering Would of had to bring it in on a flatbed. Explained this to the person who answered. Had a friend fix the power steering. Called back and this woman stated, that I would have to wait 8 days to have it checked. Never ever had a problem. I can not wait 8 days to have it checked. Not going to place someone life in danger due to faulty breaks. Made another appointment with another garage they had me in, in 2 days. Very disappointed with R &&R service department.
