STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I bought multiple vehicles at this location in the past. After the dealership was sold to new ownership and I finally spoke to the new manager, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed on our first phone conversation. He was impatient, insensitive, hostile, and disrespectful because as he claimed, "I didn't sell you that car so I can't help you." I had questions about my extended warranty and some other concerns, but when I asked to speak to a supervisor he claimed "I'm it buddy." The arrogance was unbelievable. I decided to take my business, and my wife's, and my children's (as they will need vehicles soon) to a new dealership that actually treats customers with common courtesy. I will certainly tell everyone I know, both via word of mouth and through online reviews, to stay away from Miracle (year right, try again with a new name). STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

We sincerely apologize if you feel that we have dropped the ball with our customer service. Our Service Team strives to give everyone 100% and they try to achieve that goal daily. However, with vacations and other events through the summer, our Service Team at times has been short staffed but they continued to try to help our customers as best they could. Being overwhelmed and trying to make it all work sometimes works against you. We apologize and we will take steps to improve our service so that is does not happen again.

"Sales always great, Service down hill!" My husband and I have been customers for over 15 years having bought at least 7 new vehicles through Hal Brown during that time! We love Hal's customer service and feel he really works for his clients to find what they want and the best fit. Over the years we have referred many friends and family who have also purchased! All that being said, over the last several years it seems that the service department, and their version of customer service, has definitely gone down hill. Recently on two occasions, one myself and one with my aunt (who purchased) we felt as though we were being spoken to like we were moron's! Whether it be that Woody was just having a bad day or whatever the situation, it just seems that the longer you are a customer the less they put any effort into provide good customer service. I have seriously considered switching to a another dealer for service work. We drive more than 40 miles round trip for this dealer, and it no longer feels worth it! We are now looking to buy a car for our youngest son, and it is sad to say, I DO NOT intend to buy from them!!!
