Jamie, we do apologize that we didnt have everything in stock at the time of your arrival. Our supplier failed to deliver the two required eyebolts on time for your pickup. In response, our manager personally drove to their facility to obtain the missing bolts as soon as possible. As far as our staff eating, thats what happens on a lunch break. Since you had our manager working on your issue, there was nothing else the rest of the staff would have been able to do. While we do understand the inconvenience, a one star review seems excessive considering we remedied the situation to the best of our ability in the time we had available.

Very unprofessional. My husband ordered parts and when I stopped in to pick them up they didn't have them together and asked me to come back later that afternoon and it would be 5 minutes and I would be on my way. I come back and it's still not together and I am watching 4 men eat and the other 2 just stand there talking. 40 minutes later I still don't have the entire order and my husband had to come back later that day to pick up the remaining piece. They did offer to hide it in the mailbox for him to grab later though so I guess that's something??
Steve, we understand that you had some confusion with the purchase process but the things you are stating here are simply untrue. Wed like to provide the full context of what happened. We sent you the exact springs that you ordered through eBay. You admitted to searching google for 1986 F-250 leaf springs and clicking on a sponsored ad. This ad then took you to a generic F-250 keyword related search results page which happened to include our springs for multiple generations of F-250. On our listings we specify in multiple places the exact fitment details for our parts. You didnt verify this information prior to purchase. Additionally, you failed to enter your year/make/model into eBays parts filter. You purchased springs for the incorrect generation of F-250 and because your year/make/model wasnt selected and listed on the order, we had no way to catch the mistake and address it prior to shipping. If these steps had been addressed We understand the process of how you got to our listing can be confusing but we strive to make our listings as transparent as possible. Since the wrong springs were purchased, eBay required you to return the springs and be responsible for the return shipping costs. We refunded your full purchase price as indicated at the bottom of this reply. eBay found no error on our part with this transaction after reviewing our communications with you and accordingly reversed your negative feedback on their website. We have a 99.99% positive feedback score on eBay with over 10k reviews. We constantly strive to provide top tier service for our customers. Were sorry that you had a negative experience but we did everything that we possibly could have done to ensure that you got the parts that you needed. BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEATTIE. Paid $338.99. (2) springs SENT WRONG but they won't admit it! they probably make money on returns! I only got a credit of $103.57. Charged $235.42 out of pocket to return WOW!!! - Amazon would drop them like a hot potato - Go AMAZON!!!!
