These people are liars. I hate liars. I had inquired about a truck that showed "in transit" on their website, many times, having commitments from several incompetent salesman to call me back when it arrived. I was so sure I wanted the truck, that I even had financing lined up to buy as soon as it arrived. After calling for several days in a row, I decided not to bother them for a bit to give it time to be delivered. A few days went by when I saw on the website that the truck was no longer on the website. Worried, I called and spoke to one of the salesman I had spoken to before. They pleaded ignorance about the status of the truck. Why don't they know what they have on the lot at all times? That's another issue. I sold cars 25 years ago, and I walked the lot every morning to ensure I knew the inventory. Anyway, she said she would get back to me, but 8 hours went by and nothing. So I called again. She put me through to a sales manager instead of telling me what she found. The sales manager lied through his teeth when he told me they took it off their website because they didn't know when it would arrive. He spun a tale about never knowing when their trucks would arrive and that I'd be better off ordering. He said they are really looking forward to working with me because I had been so adamant and persistent about the truck. Out of curiosity, I called Dodge who said the truck was delievered to the dealer on 7/24. Why would you lie about this? I'm a grown adult and a man, and it's offensive that they weren't adult enough to treat me like an adult and admit they made a mistake and sold the truck while forgetting to call me. I'm a man, I can handle it. Wouldn't have been a big deal. Honesty is everything to me, and I can't abide liars. Had they just told the truth, I would have been more willing to buy there. Stay clear of this place. Unless you don't mind being lied to over the most minor of issues. If they're willing to lie about this, what else are they lying to you about? UPDATE: I lodged my complaint on their Facebook page. They deleted it and blocked me from posting. Run, run away fast from this dealer! UPDATE 2: They can't help but double down on the lies. Does a single adult man work there? One just texted me, "The truck you saw on our website was a factory order for one of our customers. Not a truck for sale. Only for the customer who ordered it. Our business development center made me aware of the truck you were looking at, and I asked him to ask you to come in so we could find you what you wanted. That's the story. No one lied to you." My reply, "Nice to double down on the lies. I asked that question specifically the first time I called. Either your entire staff is incompetent, or this business is utterly incapable of telling the truth and owning its mistakes. Don't contact me again." They replied, "I was informed of it yesterday. That's why I just called you. " My final reply, I'm done with those children, "Yet you claim no one lied. The person I spoke to lied exactly as I said in my review, yesterday. Another lie occurred when I first called and asked if it was a sold order and the answer was NO. I didn't know about that lie until just now."

Was happy at first about getting my first car got a used one was insured that everything was up to date with car with 5k miles. A month after I got the car the windows control stop working on the car. Then came in 3 time in 2 months after I got my car concerned about my brakes An was told they were fine. 2 weeks after I came from them the last time my brakes went. 2 months after that my rotors went after I was assured that nothing was wrong with the car had to put so much into the car after having it for 3 months after the fact I was assured the vehicle Was fine. Yes I know all cars need work after a while but not a month after getting the car Now my car just sit on my street while I catch the bus because there so much work I have to keep doing to it after I was told nothing was wrong with the car. I financed it but at this moment with 3 kids an single mother Im ready to just return the car. Very very disappointed with this dealership. I been bugging to write a review since I got the car but people need to know what they are going to walk into
