The mechanical work/recalls and the oil change and tire rotation seem to be fine. However, when I returned to pick up the car, I asked where the car was located. The young man at the desk said its right outside. Now it was lightly raining, but I looked around and there was no car outside. I went back in and said I dont see my car. He said its probably in the back. Well, it was way way way in the back. So I walked back to get it. There was a woman who was in at the desk when I walked in to get my car. And as I was driving back, I noticed the young man went and got her car for her. I guess I was just not young and cute enough to have my car parked outside and ready let alone delivered to me. Just FYI. I called two weeks or more. I had to get this appointment. I also told them that I would have trouble getting home. Could I have a loaner car? When I dropped my car off, there was no loaner car available. Im not sure why because Burlington Chevy will loan me a car if they do repairs if you let them know ahead of time. I guess Lucas just handles things differently. Overall, I give the rating 6/10.

I used to like this place, and I used to think they had the customers best interest at heart. Unfortunately recent events have led me to see the truth they're all about making money at whatever cost to customer rapport and trust. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment issue and after waiting in the waiting room for an hour a service advisor came out and told me that it was going to take a little while to do the work, and they had to wait to get the parts in and the authorization for the warranty company. So they put me into a rental car that was "supposedly" going to be covered by my warranty company. What what I didn't know is that the work they were submitting to my warranty company was actually more than what needed to be done to repair my vehicle and my warranty company denied the claim. I was not going to pay the large amount out of pocket when i was already paying for the warranty. so I took my vehicle and had it towed to another service dealership, the one where I bought the vehicle. Since I had the warranty under them they fixed it, for third of the cost, and my warranty covered it because what that dealership submitted for repair was logical / different and now my vehicle runs just fine. But today I get a call from rental car company (regarding a car that I had for a week because my car couldn't get repaired at Lucas because they were trying to get more work out of my warranty company "that didn't make sense" ) wants me to pay close to 300.00 because Lucas is refusing to pay. If they didn't submit way more work then needed, and didn't have a back and fourth with my warranty company. I wouldn't have needed a rental for A week. Smh. Really disappointed In this place and i will be passing this story along to advise others. Shame on them. They just lost a loyal customer. And all those I knew that also went there.

This location is amazing from top to bottom!!! Frank Dudley always goes above & beyond to provide 5 star service! My Mom had some trouble with her Jeep Patriot & was in literal panic mode bc she was afraid of what it would cost as dealerships are generally known for being more expensive. She went in & Frank took care of everything! The process was effortless, the cost was incredibly reasonable, & my Mom walked away with zero problems! Instead of treating my Mom like a burden or a price tag, Franks only concern was that my Mom was ok & that her truck was safely fixed! To say I recommend Frank & this location would be an understatement! This isnt just a dealership! This is a safe space where youre treated like family! Youre guaranteed a great deal & a great vehicle every single time! No matter your price range, Franks got you!

Mike! He was absolutely an angel sent from heaven, he was so patient with us and he guided us thru every step. Due to the car shortage unfortunately we were treated as if we werent wanted in other jeeps, but not Lucas. Mike really went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful

They are awful. Customer service is awful. I took it in for a broken radio got it back still broken.. great job guys see ya tomorrow. Hopefully there's a place for me to leave pics.
