HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was told that state inspections on the weekend will be taken first come first serve and when I got to First Team Toyota there were two lanes of cars waiting, as I was waiting a vehicle pulled up and made a third lane & as they started letting vehicles into the service area that vehicle jumped in front of me. When I got inside I informed Sherri Woody of the situation and she completely dismissed me laughed and told me there are too many people here to be nitpicking & she walked away. When I asked for a manager she claimed that she was the manager which was a lie, Sherri Woodys title is Guest Relations. Instead of trying to solve the problem at hand she completely dismissed myself and my mother who came to try and resolve the issue. We will be contacting service manager Neil McClanan to hopeful get to the bottom of this. My mother and father are currently looking to purchase a new vehicle but after today we definitely will not be using First Team Toyota due to their horrible customer service.

I had went into this stealership to buy a used Tacoma with a trade in! All the numbers came back a little high, I stepped out for a 5 min smoke & call my other half to discuss. In that short period of time I came back to the desk of which I had been sitting, and the finance guy came over & I stated ok Ill go with those numbers. To my surprise this stealership can sell vehicles in 5 minute timeframes! Absolutely unsatisfactory & when I got a call back from the branch manager Nick and told him the situation, and told him I would leave a nice review, he commenced to yelling at me like a little child, so I hung up! Take your business & money elsewhere! Piss Poor!

First Team has 99% of the time been excellent. I know that when my daughter goes there, they will take care of her they call if there is anything extra that needs to be done. If they make a mistake or promise something, they come through. The employees are helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Kudos, First Team Toyota. I'll be back.

We bought our used Highlander from First Team Subaru in 2016. This week (2018) First Team Toyota told us that there was food and trash in the battery. They quoted us $1200 to clean out the battery but told us that the hybrid battery would go out in the next few months and it would be over $5000 to replace. First team should have inspected the car and cleaned out that trash in the battery before we even purchased the car. We do not have kids or eat in the car and all of the trash is children's toys and french fries etc. They cleaned out the battery and left the food and trash in the back seat of our car. My husband called and the manager apologized and offered nothing else. Not even a free car cleaning. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
